Facts, which are really just historical data, cannot always accurately predict what will happen, especially when considering something as ambiguous as human behavior. Sometimes a decision comes down to common sense, good judgment, and even chance. Sometimes that human factor, heart, is what is required to make the right decision.&lt;br /&gt;
Otherwise, we could just employ computers or robots to make all the important decisions for us. Sometimes, that which is &quot;right&quot; is not that which is supported by &quot;just the facts&quot;! &lt;br /&gt;</description>
